因此幕布訂購尺寸也會略長于實際需要的懸垂長度 數(shù)量同一層幕布 該幕布分區(qū)內(nèi)共有幾個開間 訂購數(shù)量就是幾片 如果是跨度方向拉幕 就是共有幾跨就訂幾片 多層幕布的 須每層分別計算 不同層面幕布分區(qū)可能不一致 型號也可能不一樣 例 該層幕布分區(qū)溫室跨度 9 6m 為 5 跨 4 米開間 共 10 開間 開間方向拉幕 幅寬 查表確定為 4 3m 長度 以減少拖拽幕布時因阻力過大而造成的編織結(jié)構(gòu)變形 To pull in the screens with minimum friction we recommend using a steel tube in aholder with bearings or a Teflon holder This will reduce stretching of the screenwhile pulling it in 注意 不可使用鋁箔軋制設(shè)備 避免對幕布造成損壞 Note Foil rolling devices are not recommended as they can damage the screen 幕布拉開時 要保證開角不小于 110 并在幕布下墊一根直徑不小于 125mm 的光滑塑料管 人工雙側(cè)引導(dǎo) 使幕布松弛展平 每隔一段距離 10m 左右 應(yīng)有一人遞送幕布 避免幕布因拖拽阻力過大而損傷 禁止將幕布攏捆拖拽 When pulling in the screen make sure that the angle is greater than 110 and the screen is pulled over a smooth plastic tube 125 mm or larger crop hooks profiles etc 如果幕布需要裁剪到一定的長度時 請現(xiàn)在幕布準備裁切的位置黏貼一道透明膠帶 再使用熱熔刀或電剪刀裁切 裁切時請使用輔助工具標記裁切位置和裁切線 保證每塊幕布邊緣位 置一致 When there is more than one sheet on a roll you can cut the extra part of screenwith a hot knife or power scissors 固定幕布Mounting幕布鋪設(shè)完畢后 為消除幕布長度方向的張力 宜按照每隔 50m 用其他材料預(yù)留一些密封兜 幕布在鋪設(shè)時盡量鋪平 幕布鋪設(shè)完畢后 應(yīng)將幕布先靜置 24 小時 使其消除因拖拽產(chǎn)生的形變 然后再進行拉緊作業(yè) After pulling in the 或讓非阻燃幕布引燃其他易燃物 為防止幕布在火災(zāi)中脫落 建議至少每隔 4m 或 13ft 用一根2 5mm 以上的涂層鋼纜支撐幕布 Plastic support wires will melt in a fire and may cause the screen to fall down To keep the screen sufficiently horizontal use will not come loose during fire but remain connectedto the leading edge profile or tube and truss or steel support wire 請在更換幕布時同時更換托幕線 In sliding systems always use new support wires when installing
